IPNews® – Sportswear giant Nike is being sued for trademark infringement for using the term “Lottery Pick” on a Michael Jordan jacket.
The plaintiff, Urban Motive Sportswear, registered “Lottery Pick” with the USPTO in 2006 and has since been selling an energy drink, sportswear, and other merchandise using the trademark.
