concert-2.jpgIPNews® – The USPTO has struck down a Trademark Application for the band name “The Slants,” citing it as offensive to the Asian American community.

touchscreen.jpgIPNews® –  Apple scored a major win over its biggest competitors after the USPTO came full circle to confirm the patentability of claims set forth in its “Steve Jobs Patent.”

Glass-google.jpgIPNews® –  A new patent granted to Google will allow the company to implement hand gesture picture-taking technology in its forthcoming Google Glass device

bentley.jpgIPNews® – Bentley scored a major win this week as it prevailed in a trademark infringement lawsuit against manufacturers of car kits.
