IPNews® – Famous chocolate maker Cadbury suffered a loss against rival company Whittaker’s over the Trademark of a candy bar name.
The UK’s two biggest chocolatiers, Cadbury and Whittaker’s, sparred in what has capped off a long history of bad blood between them. Whittaker’s won out over Cadbury’s claim that the use of the name “Berry Forrest” would infringe on Cadbury’s registration for Black Forest candy bars.
