Jones and his agent have begun to notice multiple companies creating and selling unlicensed merchandise featuring the nickname. Also, its appears that two other Danny Dimes trademark applications were filed before Jones’
IPNews® – A Florida-based chapter of The Society of Professional Journalists has filed a trademark application for “Fake News”.

IPNews® – The battle between Yosemite and Delaware North over ownership of the iconic names associated with Yosemite has finally concluded.
The original names will be restored to Yosemite and the park is undergoing the changes now. In the end Yosemite and its new concessionaire agreed to pay $12 million to have the names restored.
IPNews® – Missouri -based trucking company, Prime Inc., is suing Amazon for using the words “Prime” on trucks.
