IPNews® – General Motors recently announced its latest model- the Chevy Bolt.
After receiving multiple refusals to register the trademark by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, it now appears that GM will get the name registered. To overcome one of the refusals, GM entered into a consent agreement with Yamaha due to Yamaha’s prior use of the Bolt trademark in relation to motorcycles.
