IPNews® –Elon Musk is facing another legal dispute for one of his companies. On January 19th, The Boring Company, LLC (Nevada) filed a trademark lawsuit against Musk’s Delaware construction services corporation of the same name.

The Nevada-based company provides drilling services and has used the trademark since 2008. They claim unfair competition and false advertising for providing similar commercial services under the same trademark.
