IPNews® – On December 7th, Rovio Entertainment Corporation, best known for creating the Angry Birds gaming app, filed a trademark opposition against a trademark application for ANGRY CHICKEN (+Design) for restaurant services.

The application was filed by Alexander Lee and Sang Kuk Park.  The gaming developer company alleges that the trademark will cause consumer confusion and dilution with its Angry Birds franchise’ edible products.
