Wendy’s Battles “Frosty” Trademark Infringement

icecream2.jpgIPNews® – Fast food giant Wendy’s International, Inc. has filed a complaint against United Dairy Farmers, Inc. for trademark infringement based on United Dairy’s Frosties brand ice cream treat.
