IPNews® – A federal court ruling on Tuesday ended a years-long battle between two cheese manufacturers over patent infringement on cheese vat designs.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the decision of a U.S. District Court in finding Cheese Systems, Inc. liable for patent infringement. The court rejected the argument by
