IPNews® – Bentley scored a major win this week as it prevailed in a trademark infringement lawsuit against manufacturers of car kits.
The kits were designed to make other inexpensive vehicles look like a Bentley. While Bentley was not granted its request for damages, it was able to enjoin the defendants from further manufacture of
