IPNews® – Ivanka Trump has been accused of committing trademark infringement related to a shoe design. 

Italian-based luxury shoe brand Aquazzura has filed a trade dress infringement lawsuit against her and has alleged this isn’t the first knockoff.  The lawsuit also named Ms. Trump’s company IT Collection, and her licensee Marc Fischer.  To continue reading…
