IPNews® – The makers of two healthy snack bars are hashing it out over an alleged trade dress infringement.

New York-based Kind, LLC filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of Clif Bars, alleging that Clif’s new Mojo bar improperly imitates its Kind bar, with the packaging and the bar itself appearing confusingly similar to consumers.
