Zhizhen, a voice application developer, is accusing Apple of using its patent for “a type of instant messaging chat bot system” in its iPhone 4S.  According to Zhizhen, the

The new patent covers online methods that intentionally pollute a user’s online profile by gathering data, creating fake areas of interest, and performing periodic actions on a network at regular intervals and randomly selecting actions to perform.
