Auburn Coach Seeks Trademark Protection Over “Hurry Up No Huddle”

football.jpgIPNews® – Gus Malzahn, the head coach of Auburn University’s football team, filed an application to gain trademark protection over his signature offensive style of “Hurry Up No Huddle.”

The application was filed in mid-November and has yet to be assigned to an examining attorney at the USPTO.  In the meantime, Auburn and its Hurry…
