IPNews® – Nintendo has filed a trademark opposition against an Illinois hobby store.

TOBs Cards and Collectibles in Illinois filed a trademark application for a logo featuring a design that is similar to Nintendo’s Pikachu character.  To make matters worse, the design is also yellow just like the character.
