IPNews® – Kickstriker.com was served with a cease and desist letter from the creators of the KONY 2012 video and campaign for infringing on several of its trademarks. 

Kickstriker.com, a new website which parodies controversial topics and campaigns related to war, has stated that it is simply exercising its right to freedom of speech.  The creators of KONY 2012, Invisible Children, are threatening a lawsuit if the infringers do not comply.  To continue reading, click: Kony 2012 v.
